• When making an appointment with Fluff Pups Mobile Dog Grooming you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions.

  • We will do our utmost to care for your pet whilst it is in our care. Our equipment is technically advanced and we always use dog specific products. We would like feedback on our service to you and ask that you discuss the grooming session before and after completion with us.


  • Fluff Pups staff all love animals and have years of experience with handling animals of all shapes and sizes. All groomers are City and Guilds trained in Dog Grooming.


  • Health Checks - We will examine your dog for any lumps or bumps during the grooming session. If anything untoward is discovered our groomer will notify you but it will then be necessary for you to consult your vet as our groomers are not medical professionals.


  • Matted Dog Policy – If in the unlikely event that your dog’s hair has become matted then it will be shaved off and an extra £5 will be charged on top of the price. It is not fair on your dog to let it sit through hours of brushing to try and remove the knots. It will be too stressful on the dog and make the grooming experience a bad one. Once all the hair is removed we will be able to work with you to keep the dogs fur free from knots so that we can avoid shaving in the future. Please be aware that after de-matting the skin may be irritated, and matts that are very close to the skin may mean that when shaving a little nick may occur. Fluff Pups will not be held responsible for this.


  • Aggressive Dogs - For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog that shows aggression. When booking you need to inform Fluff Pups if the dog has aggressive tendencies or has ever bitten and we will be able to bring equipment to deal with this. Owners will be held responsible for any bite their dog makes.


  • Insurance – We have full public liability insurance, please ask for more details if necessary.
