Upon arrival at your home I will come in and meet your dog. This is so I am able to assess what equipment I will need to bring in with me and so you dog can get to meet me. I will then return to the car and set up in your home. I will give your dog a health check and discuss the cutting requirements.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your dog is matted then the best thing for me to do is shave the dog and start a fresh. (Please refer to the matted dog policy for more information).

I will then rough cut your pup and give him/her a bath and blow dry. I will assess the skin of your dog to decide what shampoo I will be using. I carry 12 different shampoos with me to make sure I can provide the best for the needs of your dog. If you have any special requirement that you know about if you can inform me at the time of booking I can make sure I have something to fit your needs.

All the shampoos and conditioner that I use are for sale so if you would like to purchase some for those in between baths just ask! Please do not worry if you do not have a bath as a cubicle shower will be fine!

A finishing cut will then be given to your pup making sure they look great!! And a choice of finishing sprays to ensure he/she smells extra special. I also sell the finishing sprays to customer’s to keep your dog smelling good.
